I always like to eat loofah. Many people usually use it for frying, but I prefer to use it for steaming. It's an alternative method, but the taste is good. Many times, friends come and say it's delicious and it must be difficult to make. In fact, the method is very simple!

Step 1 . Ingredients include: loofah, garlic, ginger, pepper, coriander, green onions.

Step 5 . Put it in place and steam for about 10 minutes.

Step 6 . The steamed loofah should be green. If the color is a little dark, it means that the steamed time is too long, which will affect the taste.

Step 7 . Thicken the loofah with soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and starch.
