"Chaoshan Oyster"

Oyster burger is one of the favorite delicacies of Chaoshan people. If possible, it's best to fry with fresh lard. It's characterized by crispy outside and tender inside, with fish sauce. It's delicious!

Step 1 . Fresh oyster meat (the size of a player's finger) is washed with clean and dry water.
Step 2 . Add nine layers of tower, sweet potato powder and mix well.
Step 3 . Put lard in a hot pot, pour in half of oyster meat and fry until dry.
Step 4 . Add the egg and turn it over when the egg solidifies.
Step 5 . Continue to fry over high heat until both sides are golden.
Step 6 . Eat with fish sauce. A delicious Chaoshan cuisine with crispy outside and tender inside was completed.
