Step 1 . Add milk powder to the cup around 9 o'clock at night.

Step 2 . Add 500ml of adjusted 45 ℃ warm water (about 125ml hot water +375ml cold water in summer and about 200ml hot water +300ml cold water in winter). This method is for reference only. If there is a food thermometer, it is recommended to use a food thermometer for measurement.
