Fried oyster, a traditional snack in Fuzhou and East Fujian. It is round, golden in color, crispy in shell and delicious in stuffing. It can be eaten as a snack alone. Oyster cake is an ordinary snack in this old city. Most people in Fuzhou regard oyster cake as a side dish for breakfast porridge. The fried and tender oyster cake is served with a bowl of tripod side paste (pot side paste). It tastes smooth and soft, which is not tiresome.

Step 1 . Right amount of leeks, sweet potato starch, oysters, eggs.
