Dark plum soup
Step 1 . Preparation materials: 50g dark plum, 30g hawthorn, 5g licorice, a few rock sugar, and an appropriate amount of brown sugar; (I don't like the taste of licorice, so I add less. Hawthorn has more sour taste. Rock sugar can mask the astringency of licorice.)
Step 2 . Wash the three ingredients and soak them in water for 1 hour.
Step 3 . Put it into the pot and boil it over high heat. Turn it to low heat and cook it for about half an hour until the taste of the material is almost the same.
Step 4 . (measure the water yourself. I didn't measure it.) Add rock sugar and brown sugar when ready.
Step 5 . Filter out the slag. Ice is better in summer.
