
Homemade hot and sour noodles
Because there was just nothing in the house, I made up a meal
Step 1 . Soak the sweet potato powder in boiling water. I feel the blisters are too soft. It's better to use warm blisters.

Step 2 . Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, chicken essence, pepper oil, five spice powder and pepper powder in a bowl for standby.

Step 3 . Pork stuffing is fried with oil (I forgot to take photos because I was busy frying, so I directly fried it).

Step 4 . Fry the eggs well (because my daughter likes to eat, she added eggs).

Step 7 . Finally, we ate eggplant that we hadn't eaten at noon.

Step 8 . Because it's a little salty, I put too much salt, so I'll have a cup of watermelon juice/enjoy it after eating.
