If they are soaked in cold water, it will take about 10-15 minutes. They can be kneaded by hand, and they feel soft enough to have enough water. And then cut into strips. Step 4 . Then I prepare the bamboo. Since the bamboo is also boiled with water, it's not good to put it in the refrigerator overnight, so I get up the next morning to prepare it. First, break the branches and bamboos into several sections, the length of which depends on your personal preference. Then put them into boiling water for about three minutes and they will be very soft. Then, pour out the water and leave the branches and bamboos. I didn't take a picture because I was in a hurry. Step 7 . Since there is a little water at the bottom of the pot, you can have time to adjust the juice. In fact, starch is added with water, and then soy sauce is added. Of course, if you like oil consumption or seafood sauce, you can also add this starch water at this time.
