Sauteed assorted vegetables with sausage

Main Ingredients

Sausage appropriate amount
Broccoli A moderate amount of
Carrot A moderate amount of
Pleurotus eryngii A moderate amount of

Auxiliary Ingredients

ginger appropriate amount

Light soy sauce appropriate amount
Chicken essence appropriate amount

Step 1 . Materials required; Pleurotus eryngii, broccoli, carrots, sausage.

Step 2 . Slice Pleurotus eryngii, carrot, sausage and broccoli.

Step 3 . Blanch broccoli in boiling water.
