Flower clam miso soup (Japanese miso soup)
Miso soup is one of my favorite Japanese dishes.I especially like seafood or bean sprouts or tofu.Step 1 . Wash the flower clam with salt water after spitting sand, and drain any excess water.
Step 2 . Put the spare clams into a pot and boil them. When the shells are all opened, remove the foam on the Noodles in soup. Add diluted miso (miso sauce diluted with water and mix well) and an appropriate amount of bonito powder. Just boil it and turn off the heat.
Step 3 . When served, add scallions to serve
