Plain rolls
The original flower rolls without extra condiments are soft and light. They are suitable for any Chinese cuisine.Step 1 . Put all the ingredients together, stir well and knead into a smooth dough. Apply some oil to the basin and add the dough. Apply some water to the surface of the dough, cover the basin with cling film, and ferment for 1.5 to 2 hours until it expands to twice its size.
Step 2 . Place the prepared dough on the panel and knead it evenly, dividing it into 4 pieces. Step 3 . Complete all Steamed rolls in order. Heat the steamer with water until it is not too hot to touch, then turn off the heat. Put some oil in the pan, put in the Steamed rolls, cover it, and leave it for 40 minutes until the Steamed rolls looks very fluffy.
Step 4 . Heat directly on fire for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes before opening the lid. Be careful not to open the cover immediately after the flameout, or the Steamed rolls will collapse easily.
