Doughnut bread
My husband said he hadn't eaten it for a long time, so he decided to do it again. A total of 12 popular ones were made, and five were eaten when they came out.Bread has a strong milk flavor. If you like this flavor, you may as well try it.You can tell from the ingredients that the bread is full of milk flavor. Both children and husband like it very much. You might as well try it. ha-ha
Step 1 . Put the main ingredients in the order of moisture first, then dry, and finally yeast. Knead in the bread machine until a slightly transparent film like dough can be pulled out, then place the dough into a container for basic fermentation. Fermentation to 2-2.5 times the size of the original dough is sufficient.
Step 2 . I forgot to take a photo of the pastry, but it can be made during the basic fermentation time of the dough. The production of milk puff is very simple. Soften the salt free cream at room temperature, add sugar powder and salt, mix it with a rubber spatula, add whole egg milk powder and corn flour in turn, mix it well, and then put it aside for standby. The picture is from later on when I applied the cream puff pastry. Let's take a look!!
Step 3 . After kneading the bubbles in the dough, divide it into 12 equal parts. As shown in the picture. Wake up on the desk for 10 minutes.
Step 4 . Roll the dough into a rectangle.
Step 5 . Flip the dough over and evenly spread the cream on top.
Step 6 . Start circling from one side of the short side. Place the mouth facing downwards.
Step 7 . Make a cut in the middle with a knife, but don't break it!!
Step 8 . Connect it inside and roll it up. As shown in the picture
Step 9 . Arrange the 12 items in sequence and place them in a baking tray. I'm used to making 12 at a time, which happens to be a perfect grill. My oven is 25L. Just right for home use. ha-ha
Step 10 . Cover with a safety film for secondary fermentation, and my secondary fermentation is also fine. At this moment, it's time to preheat the oven. I used the same oven temperature: heat it up to 180 degrees and then down to 190 degrees for about 17 minutes. Due to personal preference for coloring, we need to add tin foil in the middle. Don't burn it, but this bread tastes better when burned over high heat.
Step 11 . When grilling,
Step 12 . It's out of the oven, take a look at the fragrance!!
Step 13 . Finally, we can take a look at the organization of the bread. Not bad, right!!!
