Step 1 . Prepare all materials.
Step 2 . Cut the fish brisket into pieces and marinate it with pepper, salt, cooking wine, ginger and green onion for 10 minutes.
Step 3 . Cut the white radish into hob blocks for use.

Step 8 . Put the stewed radish into the pot and place the fried fish brisket on it.
Step 9 . Put the stewed radish on the bottom and the fish brisket on the top.
Step 10 . Cover and cook for 10 minutes, sprinkle with chives.
