Step 1 . All the materials are ready. This is the school's working face. It's scratched!

Step 2 . In addition to butter, everything else is put into the cook's machine and stirred. Stir it slowly for 3 minutes and quickly for 2 minutes!

Step 3 . After adding butter, stir it slowly for 3 minutes and quickly for 1 minute until the dough gluten is completely expanded. The dough temperature shall be controlled within 28 ℃. If the temperature is too high, the dough will ferment automatically! I forgot to be afraid of the film!

Step 4 . Knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for 15 minutes at room temperature of about 25 ℃! We only use the fresh-keeping bag, as long as the surface water does not lose!

Step 5 . After waking up, divide it into three equal portions, and relax for 10 minutes after rounding!

Step 6 . Roll the relaxed dough into olive shape, put red beans on it, and roll it up!

Step 7 . This is the shape after rolling, which is a little longer than the toast box. Then we can press it in and it will be as big as the toast box!

Step 8 . This is the appearance after placing. First place it on both sides, then put it in the middle! Finally, the fermentation was put in the fermentation box. The temperature was 35 ℃, the humidity was 75-80%, and the time was 45-60 minutes. When it was 8 minutes full, I took it out and baked it with the lid on. I forgot to take a good picture of the fermentation again. Next time, I must remember to take a good picture. The school's fermentation is better than the home's!

Step 9 . Finally, put it into the oven to bake, but the school's oven is very delicious, the temperature is low, the baking temperature is 200 ℃, and the time is 30 minutes! There are two in it. One is my colleague's~

Step 10 . Pour out the mold immediately after the toast comes out of the oven, and then let it cool!
