
Mapo taro
On the surface, this dish looks very similar to Mapo Tofu, and the practice is also similar to Mapo Tofu. But I replaced tofu with taro. It tastes different. I'll introduce it to you.
Step 1 . Wash a large taro

Step 2 . Peel the taro and cut it into pieces (I used about half of it, don't cut it too large)

Step 3 . Add water to the pot and cook taro for 3,4 minutes until half cooked

Step 4 . Cook and remove for standby

Step 5 . Mince garlic, mince meat, and mince scallion

Step 6 . Put some oil in the pot and heat it

Step 7 . Add scallion and garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Step 8 . Add minced meat and stir fry

Step 9 . Add 2 teaspoons of spicy beef sauce (can be replaced by Pixian bean paste or other similar sauce)

Step 10 . Add water and bring to a boil

Step 11 . Boil and add taro

Step 12 . Add a little cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to taste and cook for 3 minutes

Step 13 . Prepare appropriate amount of starch and pour it into the pot to thicken

Step 14 . Wrap taro in sauce and sprinkle with scallions
