Step 5 . Sit on the fire, pour water and sugar into the pot, boil it over a low heat, and keep stirring in the process. When the syrup is viscous and can pull out the filaments, turn off the fire immediately.

Step 6 . Pour in the fried noodles and fried sesame seeds and stir them quickly, so that each noodle is stained with syrup. Pour the mixed noodles into the container, compact the noodles by hand while they are hot, and then cut them into pieces when they are cool.
