Braised spareribs with lentils

Main Ingredients

Lentil 208g
spareribs 500g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Bean paste 2 tsp
oil 6 tsp
Ginger slices 1 piece

Step 1 . Drain the pork ribs to remove the blood.

Step 2 . Wash tea tree mushroom and agaric and set aside.
