Steamed pork with flour is one of the most popular traditional dishes in China. With pork as the main ingredient, steamed pork is waxy and fragrant, crisp and refreshing, with five strong flavors. Step 1 . Prepare steamed meat powder, cut streaky pork into long pieces of uniform thickness, peel sweet potato and cut into cubes.

Step 2 . Add shredded ginger, salt and soy sauce to the meat slices and marinate for 10 minutes.
