What I'm making today is bread. It's perfect for making breakfast. The precious time in the morning can be used to lie down for a while. For office workers, the direct method of making bread saves time. In addition, this one-time fermentation saves time. It takes about three hours to make bread before and after dinner. Therefore, the bread is baked after dinner and before going to bed. You don't have to stay up late and can go to sleep.
Step 1 . Prepare the required ingredients. The high gluten flour used this time is Golden Arowana bread powder, which is very delicate and easy to film. The ingredients used are also 1.2 times the formula.

Step 2 . Put all the ingredients into the chef's machine and knead them into dough. Because they are not making toast, there is no need to knead them to the full expansion stage. Just knead them to the expansion stage, that is, large pieces of film can be pulled out.

Step 3 . Then divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

Step 4 . Directly press flat to exhaust air, and then roll round and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 5 . Take a dough and roll it into a tongue shape.

Step 6 . Press thin with your fingers on one side, and then roll it up from the other side to form a long strip, and pinch it tightly.

Step 7 . Put the prepared long dough in the non stick baking pan one by one. If it is not non stick baking pan, you need to lay oil paper to prevent sticking, and then ferment. For example, it is hot in summer now, I will ferment at room temperature directly, and the room temperature is about 24 degrees. The oven does not need to be powered on, put a bowl of warm water, and ferment the dough to twice the original size.

Step 8 . After fermentation, you can brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface for beautiful coloring, but I usually don't brush it, because it's troublesome to knock another egg with just a little. Preheat the oven, heat it up and down, bake it at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes, and observe the coloring of the bread in the middle. If the coloring is OK, you can cover it with tin foil to prevent excessive coloring.

Step 9 . It can be preserved and eaten when it is out of the oven and cooled. Don't eat bread just after it is out of the oven. It's bad for your stomach.
