Scrambled egg with persimmon pepper

Stir fry persimmon pepper with eggs in less oil.

Main Ingredients

egg 2
Persimmon pepper 4

Seasonings

soy sauce 1 / 2 tsp
salt 1/2

Step 1 . Break the pieces of persimmon and pepper by hand.

Step 2 . Scramble the eggs first.

Step 3 . Stir fry the eggs with persimmon pepper.

Step 4 . Add seasoning during stir frying and bring out over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 5 . Out of the pot.
