There are many ways and flavors of soy sauce flavored cake ~Adjust materials and dosage according to personal taste!

Step 7 . Divide the dough into small pieces, roll it into large slices, brush a thin layer of oil (or pastry), roll it into cakes, and then roll it into large slices larger than the pot.
Step 8 . Turn the electric pancake pan on high fire (the frying pan is on low fire), pour in a little more oil, slowly put in the big pancake rolled with a rolling pin, and make some wrinkles (convenient for hanging sauce behind).
Step 9 . Put on the cover (keep the moisture content and prevent the cake from being too dry), turn over after 1 minute, and bake until both sides are golden.
