Fried Tofu with Eggplant
Eggplant and bean curd are my big favorites. They are delicious and tasty when stir fried together. Add a little red pepper to add color and flavor.Step 1 . Remove the root of fresh purple eggplant, wash, peel, shred, and set aside.
