 Eggplant and bean curd are my big favorites. They are delicious and tasty when stir fried together. Add a little red pepper to add color and flavor.

Fried Tofu with Eggplant
Step 1 . Remove the root of fresh purple eggplant, wash, peel, shred, and set aside.

Step 2 . Cut tofu into pieces and set aside.

Step 3 . Rinse the green pepper, remove the stalks and seeds, cut into small pieces, slice the garlic, and set aside.

Step 4 . Heat up the pan, put some oil in it, add tofu, fry until golden on both sides, add garlic and green pepper, stir fry until fragrant, continue to add eggplant shreds, add a little salt and five spice powder to taste, stir fry for a few times.
