I used to buy Chongyang Cake for my elders. Later, I found that they always felt that glutinous rice was not easy to digest and easy to accumulate food. So this year, I made this Wufu Lingmen Longevity Peach Steamed Bun by myself. I wish all the elders in the world a long and healthy life.

Step 1 . Pour all the ingredients into the blender, mix and stir into dough. Take it out and knead it into a smooth dough. Put it into a container and ferment it to twice the size.

Step 2 . Exhaust and shape the dough, divide it into small dough, round it and relax it for 10 minutes, then twist the dough into drops, carve the shape of peach with a scraper, and put it into a steamer for standby.

Step 3 . Take a small amount of dough and add matcha powder, knead it into a green dough, then divide it into small dough and carve a leaf shape, and stick it to the bottom of the steamed bread with water. Use rose pink food pigment to smear on the top of steamed bread.
