Tiramisu
Step 1 . Put the cream (using whipped cream) and the container used to beat the cream in the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Boil the instant coffee powder in boiling water and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 2 . Take out the cream, pour it into a whisk container, and use an egg beater to beat the cream at low speed and then high speed until it bubbles. Then add white sugar in portions and continue stirring with the egg beater until all the white sugar is dissolved and the cream becomes viscous.
Step 3 . Cut the soft cheese (which should be easily chopped and dissolved with an egg beater, not sliced cheese from a burger) into small pieces and add them to the whipped cream. Continue using the egg beater until all the cheese is blended into the cream.
Step 4 . Whip until the cream becomes a thick paste, then add the egg yolk and stir well.
Step 5 . Dip the cookies in coffee solution and spread them to the bottom of a glass. Then spread the cream batter on top of the cookies, depending on personal preference, and sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder on top of the cream. If you like, you can also sprinkle some nuts.
Step 6 . Repeat the above steps until the cookies are used up and the cup is almost full.
Step 7 . Put the finished product in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
