Braised eggplant noodles

Main Ingredients

noodle A moderate amount of
streaky pork 1
eggplant 2

Auxiliary Ingredients

oil appropriate amount
water appropriate amount
Soy sauce 4 tsp

Step 1 . Dice eggplant.

Step 2 . Diced Pork.

Step 3 . Prepare bean paste.

Step 4 . Heat the oil and stir fry the Diced Pork and eggplant.

Step 5 . Add proper amount of water and boil.

Step 6 . Add soya bean paste, mix well, and boil.

Step 7 . Boil the noodles after the water boils.

Step 8 . Cook the noodles with cold water.

Step 9 . Put an appropriate amount of sauce, mix well and serve.
