Step 1 . Soak the grapes in flour and water for 10 minutes, rinse them clean, cool and dry the water, and put them into a pot that has been boiled with hot water.
Step 2 . Prepare white sugar.
Step 3 . Put the sugar into the bowl.
Step 4 . Crush by hand while stirring evenly to dissolve the sugar.
Step 5 . Put the grapes into a container that has been scalded with boiling water, do not fill it too full, leave one-third of the space, as fermented grapes will expand and overflow.
Step 6 . Cover with a plastic wrap, cover with a lid, and tighten. Place it on a balcony or windowsill with a temperature of around 30 degrees Celsius. After one month of fermentation, the wine can be filtered out.

Step 8 . This is the wine made in July, take it out and filter it.

Step 10 . Pour the fermented grapes into a container.
Step 11 . Filter out the wine.
Step 12 . Pour the wine into a bottle that has been scalded with boiling water and cover it with a lid. Keep it for a year and it won't spoil.
