After the duck oil comes out, you can fry the side of the duck meat in reverse, and cover it with a small heat. The whole process takes about 20 minutes. The duck meat is thick and difficult to cook. Medium and low fire can ensure that it is fully cooked without being burnt.
Step 5 . After the duck is fried, slice it while it is still hot, and prepare shredded lettuce and shredded sweet pepper first
Step 6 . Spread the duck meat slightly until it is warm, cut it into thin slices, place it next to the shredded lettuce in the previous step, pass a few drops of fresh orange juice, sprinkle salt, and squeeze on the chubby salad dressing
