Step 4 . Put more oil in the pot, heat it up, put fish pieces into it and fry over medium heat. Don't turn it over first, otherwise it's easy to rot.
Step 5 . Deep fry the fish until it turns brown and then take it out.
Step 6 . Heat the oil in another small pot, pour in spices and stir fry.
Step 7 . Add water, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, chicken essence and boil until 10 minutes.
Step 8 . Pour the cooked fish pieces into the soaking while they are hot, and the hot fish pieces will taste in the hot soup. It's better to put them in one night.
