Homemade cold skin
Summer is coming. People sell cold skins all over the street. I remember when I was a child, my father always made cold skins by himself with the big iron pot at home, so I tried it myself today. The taste is also very delicious.
Step 1 . I use sweet potato starch to make cold skin. The particles are relatively thick, and the color is not as bright as that I bought. The most important thing is that it is safe and has no additives.

Step 2 . Put water into sweet potato starch, stir it evenly with chopsticks, and wait until the starch is completely dissolved.

Step 3 . Take a big pot and put water in it to boil.

Step 4 . I use a small pot for eating hot pot. Because there are handles on both sides, it is more convenient to move around and won't be hot. You can also use a shallow iron plate. The bottom of the iron plate is best flat so that the starch can be evenly distributed. The bottom of the pot outside the small pot must be brushed clean.

Step 5 . When the water is boiled, put it into a small pot, which will float on the water. When the pot is hot, pour a spoonful of sweet potato starch water. Be sure to stir it before pouring sweet potato starch water, otherwise the sweet potato starch will precipitate. Shake the pot to make the sweet potato starch evenly distributed at the bottom of the pot.

Step 6 . When the sweet potato starch has solidified, pour some hot water into the pot, continue to put a small pot in the pot, and scald the sweet potato starch.

Step 7 . When the sweet potato starch becomes transparent, it is ripe. Peel it off bit by bit with chopsticks.

Step 8 . A complete cold skin is ready. Put it in a clean basin and soak it in cold water. Change the water frequently in the middle. Turn over the cold skin to avoid sticking together.

Step 9 . According to the above practice, make all the starch water into cold skin, take it out and cut it into strips when you want to eat it.

Step 10 . I plan to eat some in the evening, so I cut some cold skins.

Step 11 . Put cucumber shreds into the cold skin, add salt, soy sauce, oil consumption, vinegar, chili oil, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and garlic, and stir well.

Step 12 . A bowl of cool cold noodles is ready. I don't like eating in summer. It's just right to eat this. I can put it in the refrigerator for a while, which is cooler.
