Step 1 . My oven is 35 liters. I felt that the whole duck was afraid of being burnt, so I roasted half of it. After cleaning, dip the water inside and outside with kitchen paper
Step 2 . Put oyster sauce, super soy sauce (or super soy sauce), five spice powder, pepper, salt and sugar into it

Step 6 . Brush the surface with honey vinegar
Step 7 . Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
Step 8 . Take out the surface and brush it with a layer of honey vinegar. Wrap the tips of your arms and legs with tin foil to avoid burning
Step 9 . Turn the oven temperature up to 200 ℃, put the next layer, and continue to bake for 40 minutes
Step 10 . Enjoy the roast duck slices.
