Step 1 . Dice ginger and garlic, and cut garlic seedlings into thin segments. There are many ginger, garlic, minced meat and other dishes, so it doesn't need to be used so much.
Step 2 . Minced pork, add minced ginger and garlic, salt, pepper and cornflour, and marinate for a few minutes
Step 3 . Cut tender tofu into small pieces
Step 4 . Boil the water, pour the tofu into the water and boil for 1-2 minutes to remove the beany smell.
Step 5 . Pick it up for standby, and the materials are ready.
Step 6 . Put oil in the pot, heat it, add ginger and garlic, garlic sprouts, stir fry until fragrant, add a teaspoon of Pixian bean paste, and stir fry red oil. (if you like spicy food, you can add chili noodles. I didn't add it because I took care of my daughter.)
Step 7 . Add minced pork and stir fry until pale
Step 8 . Add salt, chicken essence and water, and bring to a boil. (because the pot in front is not easy to use, please don't mind changing the mouth 😅)
Step 9 . Pour in tofu, don't turn it too often, but be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pot. Add pepper powder, soy sauce and taste the soup. If the salt is not enough, add salt and mix well.
Step 10 . Cornmeal thicken
Step 11 . Thicken the sauce over high heat, add half of the garlic seedlings and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 12 . Start the pot and put it on a plate. Sprinkle the pepper powder evenly on the surface again. Add the leftover garlic sprouts.
