Stewed chicken with agaric

Main Ingredients

Dried agaric 1 pinch
Chicken rack 1 piece

Auxiliary Ingredients

Shallot A little
ginger 1 piece
pepper 8 capsules
salt 1/2 tsp

Step 1 . Slaughtered three yellow chickens;

Step 2 . Divide the whole chicken according to the chicken breast, leg wings and chicken rack, and tear off the chicken edge oil.
