Onion scrambled eggs

Eating more onions in early spring can diminish inflammation, reduce fat and protect blood vessels. It is a healthy Kwai home cooked dish

Main Ingredients

egg 2
onion 1/2

Auxiliary Ingredients

Seasonings

Sesame oil A few drops
Sugar 1 / 2 tsp
Fresh vegetables 1 / 2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tsp
Raw 1 tsp

Step 1 . Slice onions.

Step 2 . Slice red pepper.

Step 3 . Slice green pepper.

Step 4 . Add wet starch to the eggs to break them up.

Step 5 . Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into the pot, pour in the egg liquid and fry it into egg cubes.

Step 6 . Add 0.5 teaspoon vegetable oil to the pot, add onions and fry until transparent.

Step 7 . Add green and red pepper and stir well.
