Home pickled radish

Summer appetizer 😊～

Main Ingredients

White radish 1

Auxiliary Ingredients

Honey 1 tsp
Pepper ring 2

Seasonings

Old smoke 1 tsp
Delicious 2 tabletsp
vinegar 4 tabletsp (rice vinegar)
Sugar 1 tabletsp

Adjust the materials and dosage according to personal taste!

Step 1 . Wash the radish and cut it into strips with skin.

Step 2 . Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir well, let it stand for 2-3 hours, and then pour out the water.
