Chinese cabbage noodles

Main Ingredients

Minced meat A little
Chinese cabbage A moderate amount
clean water appropriate amount
flour 150g

Seasonings

Matsutake seasoning powder appropriate amount

Step 1 . Add eggs, water and salt to the flour and stir to make a thicker batter.

Step 2 . Wash and chop the cabbage. Marinate the minced meat with soy sauce and peanut oil for 10 minutes.

Step 3 . Preheat the pot, pour oil, and add scallion.

Step 4 . Add cabbage and stir fry for one minute.

Step 5 . Add proper boiling water and bring to a boil. Reduce the fire.

Step 6 . Put a small spoon into the batter and cook for three minutes.

Step 7 . Add the meat foam and cook for one minute. Stir well. Add some salt and matsutake seasoning powder. Mix well.

Step 8 . Add coriander. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Step 9 . Out of the pot.
