Fish head tofu soup

Fish head soup is delicious and has high nutritional value. It can supplement protein and reduce cholesterol.

Bean curd 200g

Seasonings

Cooking wine 80g
ginger 20g
Scallion appropriate amount
pepper appropriate amount

Add boiled water and the fish soup will turn milk white faster~Sprinkle some salt in the pan before frying the fish. The fish skin won't break easily~

Step 1 . Beat in eggs and fry until cooked. The fish soup behind is whiter.

Step 2 . Marinate the fish head with onion and ginger cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Step 3 . Put the marinated fish heads into the pot and fry them on both sides until they are brown.

Step 4 . Add boiling water and fry eggs.

Step 5 . Add tofu and stew.
