Sauteed Crab in Hot and Spicy Sauce
A quick and easy version of Spicy Crab can be made with hot pot sauce and crabs.This cooking is the most easy and convenient, as long as there is hot pot primer. You can add some side dishes according to your preference.
Step 1 . Get the crabs ready for use (I dare not move the crabs, steam them first and then break them).
Step 2 . Cut ginger into shreds, garlic into small pieces, and scallions into sections (not available in my family). I eat spicy food. I use all the chillies at home. I can leave the chillies I don't like, which is more convenient.
Step 3 . Prepare a small piece of hot pot sauce and bean paste.
Step 4 . Pour a little starch into the bowl, dip some starch in the place where the crab has crab roe and crab paste, and then deep fry it in the oil pan to avoid the loss of crab roe.
Step 5 . After frying, pour the rest of the leg, tongs and head into the pot, stir fry and remove for standby.
