I have never published any breakfast works before (due to the complexity of breakfast preparation, I didn't have time to take photos). These past few days, I have made two simple and quick breakfasts that feel both convenient and nutritious. Occasionally, I can give them a try.

Step 7 . A simple and nutritious breakfast that includes meat, eggs, and fruit vitamins (mixing pure mango puree with an appropriate amount of chilled Sprite to make a glass of mango juice is very refreshing) to meet the energy intake for the whole morning. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and garlic salt compound seasoning, which is easy to operate and does not lose its nutritional value.
