Braised Fish Head Tofu
Step 1 . Place the tender tofu in a filter basket to control the moisture content.
Step 2 . Cut the fish head into pieces and marinate it with salt, shredded ginger, cooking wine, and white pepper.
Step 3 . Fry tofu over low heat until golden brown and prepare.
Step 4 . Fry the fish head until golden brown.
Step 5 . A piece of Fermented bean curd, add some oyster sauce, soy sauce and water to make a sauce.
Step 6 . Add the fried fish head and simmer with tofu until fully cooked.
Step 7 . Just add scallions when it's almost ready to serve.
