Step 9 . Add sea cucumber, cover the pot again and simmer for five minutes.
Step 10 . Season with a teaspoon of salt and chicken essence and thicken with starch.
Step 11 . When it comes out, sprinkle it with scallions.
Step 12 . Heat another tablespoon and a half of oil in the pot.
Step 13 . Pour the hot oil on the scallions.
