Stir fried chicken heart

Stir fried chicken heart

I usually like roast chicken heart when I eat barbecue. Today, I bought chicken heart at Carrefour and went to my classmates' home to make a stir fried chicken heart.Although there is no smell of charcoal fire like barbecue, it is similar to the iron plate on the street~~I didn't have a camera, so I took one with my mobile phone. I didn't think it was a chicken heart, a black bowl, but it was really delicious.
Main Ingredients
Auxiliary Ingredients
1. there is no need to put oil in this fried chicken heart, because edible oil is added during pickling. Students can also choose not to cut off the chicken heart grease, so there is no need to put oil in it, because the chicken heart grease will melt when frying, and there will be a lot of oil.2. I like to eat with sugar, so I put sugar in the pickle, but later I found that there is no sweetness when I put sugar in the pickle. Students who like sugar should add sugar when they stir fry.3. when frying, you must pour the remaining marinade into the pot, especially the onion, which is super delicious~~4. I like dry food. If I like tender food, I can fry it for a shorter time. I fry it for more than 5 minutes, and the chicken heart is dry~~
-- Cooking Steps --
Step 1 . Cut the chicken heart along the middle hole (atrium, ventricle, aorta, etc.) with scissors, then cut off the blood vessels and oil, and wash it clean. Then blanch the chicken heart with cold water to remove blood foam and floating oil. (There's quite a bit of oil in the chicken heart, sigh, the confused oil has clouded my heart...) and dry it with kitchen paper.
Step 2 . Marinate the blanched chicken heart with all the ingredients mentioned in the marinade for 1 hour, the longer the better.
Step 3 . Preheat the pot until your hands are on top and you can feel the temperature burning. Pour the marinated chicken heart and marinade into the pot, then add a few red chili peppers with broken seeds. Stir fry over high heat until the marinade is dry, then sprinkle a little salt and chili powder.
