
Plain sailing -- braised pork with Papaya

Step 1 . There are five layers of pork in the supermarket~

Step 2 . Wash pork and cut into small pieces.

Step 9 . Wash cooked papaya and set aside.

Step 10 . The papaya meat is cut into small pieces, and the papaya skin is left to be made into a boat type dish.

Step 11 . After about an hour, braise it into braised pork.

Step 12 . Pour the braised pork back into the frying pan, and heat up to collect the juice.

Step 13 . Finally, add the cut papaya meat, mix in MSG, and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
