Boiled cod with light curry
My colleague's wife is an Indonesian returned overseas Chinese. She has some Indonesian seasonings at home. She knows that I like cooking. Sometimes she brings some to me to try. That day, I took some bags and introduced how to do it. Later, when it came time to do it, I didn't remember any of them. Haha, I'm old. Anyway, the seasoning, how to make it, delicious, right? Hey hey (comfort yourself)! Today, I took a bag of light curry seasoning to cook. When I was about to ripen, I found that it was really light. There was only curry flavor, not a bit spicy. Curry is neither spicy nor delicious. Add some chilli oil and other seasonings to make it taste better.Step 1 . Cut the COD into pieces.
Step 2 . First add salt, then add flour, stir well and marinate.
Step 3 . Wash onion, green pepper and tomato.
Step 4 . Cut the onions, green peppers and tomatoes and set aside.
Step 5 . Heat up the oil pan and fry the COD over a high heat.
Step 6 . Fry until golden on both sides.
Step 7 . Set aside.
Step 8 . Stir the onion and pepper until fragrant.
Step 9 . Add water and add light curry.
Step 10 . Add cod and tomato after less boiling.
Step 11 . Simmer for a minute, reduce the juice, add some salt, pepper oil and chicken essence to taste.
Step 12 . Out of the pot.
