However, I do not recommend sifting, because it is better for the intestines and stomach to bring some coarse fiber.4. Everyone has different tastes. If you think the sugar is not sweet enough, you can pour some sweet cream when eating

Step 1 . Peel and dice the mango pulp, and put it into the juicer to beat the pulp.

Step 2 . Leave 1/3 of the diced mango in the pudding liquid.

Step 3 . Add fresh cream into mango jam, and stir well.

Step 4 . Melt milk with granulated sugar over low heat, do not boil.

Step 5 . Soak gelatine powder in warm water

Step 7 . Add the mixed mango cream into the milk.

Step 8 . Stir to make it mixed evenly.

Step 9 . Put the remaining 1/3 mango dice into the pudding liquid.
Step 10 . Pour the pudding liquid into the prepared mold (because the pudding mold in my house is too small with fruit grains, so I use a cup instead of the pudding mold), cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate, and it can be solidified for about 2 hours.
