Boiled poached egg with sour plum

When I was at home, sometimes my mother would cook it for us. I have no appetite these two days. I want to eat something sour, so I think of this simple dish. People who like to eat sour can try it. It's good.

Main Ingredients

duck 's egg 1
dark plum 1

Sour plum is highly acidic and easy to corrode the frying pan. Wash the pan as soon as possible after cooking.

Step 1 . One duck egg.

Step 2 . Sour plum pickled at home.

Step 3 . Heat oil in the pan, add duck eggs and fry over low heat.

Step 4 . Fry one side over the other.

Step 5 . Add a sour plum, chop it up and bring to a boil with a little water.

Step 6 . Cook until it tastes good.
