Rock sugar chicken wings
yummy.....Step 1 . Main ingredient: Of course, it's chicken wings... After melting, make two cuts in the front for better flavor~~~(The melting is too... too... too... too slow, I can't wait, I scalded it with hot water and soaked it in cold water)
Step 2 . I marinated it for about an hour with shredded scallions, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce (I used the light colored one), thirteen spices, salt (it doesn't taste good if I put too little, I used about two and a half spoons of salt), miso, and chicken essence~~
Step 3 . Fry in the pan~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 4 . The color turns yellow, take it out for later use
Step 5 . Rock sugar, smashed into small pieces (relatively easy to boil), these are just right, don't put too much, too sweet won't taste good, greasy~~~
Step 6 . Leave less oil and rock sugar in the pot, boil over low heat~~
Step 7 . Be sure to use low heat~~otherwise the sugar will burn~~~
Step 8 . The sugar has become a bit thick. When it starts to bubble, put in the chicken wings and stir fry a few times~~~Add water and let it cover the wings slightly~~~
Step 9 . Stew over medium heat~~~and flip the pot over from time to time to avoid burning the bottom~~
Step 10 . When the soup is almost dry (becoming sticky), use high heat to collect the juice and take it out of the pot~~(To look good, sprinkle some sesame seeds, hey)~~
Step 11 . The taste is super good, it smells so good~~~~
