Boiled spiced sunflower seeds
Boiled melon seeds can also be dried without frying pan. After draining the water, they can be directly put into a bag and dried on the heating. They should be turned frequently to prevent the melon seeds from deteriorating.
Step 1 . Wash the melon seeds thoroughly with clean water.
Step 2 . Add water and seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat until the salt is completely melted.
Step 3 . Add the melon seeds and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool naturally to allow the melon seeds to taste.
Step 4 . Remove the melon seeds and drain the water. If possible, spread the seeds flat and dry them. I used a frying pan to dry them slightly.
Step 5 . Prepare 6 cloth pockets (boil and disinfect the pockets in advance), put the melon seeds into each pocket, and seal them with clips.
Step 6 . Spread the pocket containing the melon seeds flat on the heater and let it dry for 3-4 days before consumption.
