Tofu soup with bamboo shoots

Step 1 . Take out lactone tofu and cut into small pieces; Wash and drain the Chinese toon seedlings.

Step 2 . Soak in light salt water for 5 minutes.

Step 3 . Slice the spring bamboo shoots and blanch them in a boiling water pot for 3-5 minutes before removing them. Remove the oxalic acid and remove the astringency.
