Taste of the drink: sweet, it can clear away heat and reduce fire, improve eyesight and reduce blood pressure without sugar. The sweet taste comes from the natural fructose of Momordica grosvenorii and wolfberry. Young and old, easy to operate!
-- Cooking Steps --
Step 1 . Wash raw materials and ingredients for standby. Boil water.
Step 2 . Add half of Momordica grosvenorii, 10g chrysanthemum, 10g medlar and 2 jujubes (can or can not be added) into the glass bottle. Pour boiling water and soak for 30 minutes, then drink.
Step 3 . You can also cool it and put it in the refrigerator. It tastes better in summer!
