Sesame crisp
Efficacy of Sesame: sesame is rich in vitamin E, which can prevent the harm of lipid peroxide to the skin, offset or neutralize the accumulation of harmful free radicals in cells, make the skin white and moist, and prevent various skin inflammation. Sesame also has the effect of nourishing blood. It can cure dry and rough skin and make skin delicate, smooth and ruddy. There are two kinds of Sesame: black and white. White sesame is better for eating, and black sesame is better for tonic medicine. This snack is a combination of eating and nourishing. Delicious and healthy.Especially for mental workers. If you want to make this dessert darker, you can brush a layer of egg liquid before dipping sesame seeds, and it will be golden.
Step 1 . Put lard into the pot and heat it.
Step 2 . When the lard is completely melted, pour in 100g of flour. stir.
Step 3 . Pastry after stirring. Let cool for use.
Step 4 . Add 20g edible oil and a proper amount of water to the remaining 200g flour, knead it evenly to form a water oily skin (I forgot to take photos of this) and pour sesame seeds into a bowl (my bowl is dedicated to grinding sesame seeds. If not, directly pour sesame seeds into the food bag and roll them into pieces with a rolling pin)
Step 5 . After grinding. If you grind it with a blender, the time should not be too long, otherwise the sesame will lose its taste if it is too fine.
Step 6 . Add 5g of corn starch, 5g of flour, 40g of sugar and a proper amount of edible oil to the sesame seeds, stir well, and pinch them into six small balls of the same size.
Step 7 . Roll the water, oil skin, pastry and sesame filling into small balls for use.
Step 8 . Roll out the water and oil skins and wrap them in pastry.
Step 9 . Roll the water and oil skin wrapped in pastry into long strips.
Step 10 . Roll up.
Step 11 . After all dough is rolled up, cover with cling film and let stand for 15 minutes.
Step 12 . Repeat steps 9-11 and let it stand for 15 minutes. (don't bother with this step. Whether the dim sum is crisp depends on these steps.)
Step 13 . Flatten the rolled dough and roll it into pieces. It should be thick in the middle and thin at the edges.
Step 14 . Wrap sesame stuffing in it, pinch tightly and roll it into dough pieces of moderate size.
Step 15 . Brush the dough with water and sesame seeds. (haha, that strange thing is my experimental object. It's covered with broken black sesame seeds.) put it into the oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes
Step 16 . After baking.
