Golden Flavor -- fried fish brisket
Step 1 . Prepare the materials as shown in Fig. 1.

Step 2 . Pour ginger into fish, add a little salt and oil, and mix well.

Step 4 . Fry the fish upside down for about 8 minutes, as shown in Figure 4.
